I use a standard 608 bearing. You can complete it with any spinner cap, such as those found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2051375. Warning: The model is quite large, about 100mm in diameter, making it unsuitable for children or adults with small hands. To add weight and inertia, I have drilled four holes to accommodate M8 x 13mm nuts that should be held in place by friction.
