What's up, my fellow crafty enthusiasts!\r\n\r\nThis fantastic tool is a set of 10mm x 125mm knitting needles with an ingenious hole at the rear that allows you to easily attach an appropriate length of 1.75mm PCTPE filament.\r\n\r\nAfter printing your needles, take a few minutes to carefully ream out the cross hole and then the rear hole using a #47 or 2mm drill bit. Next, chuck one of these needles into a drill and use some fine-grit sandpaper (400 grit) to smooth it out completely. To secure the PCTPE in place, simply apply a small dab of superglue to the rear hole. When choosing your filament, keep in mind that most materials become brittle as they absorb moisture from the air, so opt for something like PCTPE or Nylon instead. The great news is that you can print these needles using your preferred filament - and check out those pictured, made from Solutech PETG which becomes silky smooth after sanding to 400 grit.\r\n\r\nExciting update! We've now added 7.5mm and 5mm sizes to our collection!\r\n\r\nBig thanks go out to LoboCNC for their awesome circular needles - you can find them here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2695231
