A semi-full, half-circular model; that's the ticket! I'd recommend running it at a 100.5 percent scale to get a tighter fit. Don't bother with support structures - they're optional, and adding them might compromise the print. For better adhesion, try setting the Z-axis offset to -0.2mm.
