Circular Clover Prusa LCD Knob

Wasn't entirely satisfied with any of the Prusa LCD knobs I came across, so I made my own for CAD practice. Obviously with the amount of designs out there, other designs probably exist that accomplish these goals, but hey, it was practice. My oddly specific requirements for this minor part: * Hole with a fillet that you can stick your finger in and spin quickly but comfortably for large adjustments. * Hole is close enough to the spoke so you can easily just press down for select without repositioning your finger. * Ability to use the knob with two fingers/thumb for small adjustments. * Printable with presenting face on bed for good surface finish. * Partially blocks printer reset button so a slipped finger doesn't ruin a print, but still exposes enough in case it is actually needed. * Does not intrude on the LCD in this Raspberry Pi touchscreen panel: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4497544 * Can make use of adaptive layer height features in slicers.
