circuit board standoff
thingiverse
Standoff created for 3mm holes that were previously compromised by melting a printed post with a soldering iron. The attached STL file is essentially useless unless you happen to possess an identical circuit board, as it was specifically designed to match those exact specifications. The primary objective of this standoff design is to provide the flexibility to adapt the height and diameter of the posts to fit any given circuit board, then modify the design accordingly. To achieve this, simply change the post dimensions to 2.5mm in diameter and 4mm high. Next, position your circuit board on top of the modified posts and use a soldering iron to melt the posts down onto the board, effectively securing it in place.
