We're using a LED array for a 2.2kW spindle with an ER20 chuck, boasting a motor diameter of 80mm and a fixture diameter where the LED lights are installed at 60mm in length. To power this, we're implementing a custom solution consisting of 21 LED donuts arranged in a 7x3 matrix configuration. The power supply for these lights will be 12VDC. Additionally, our team is crafting protective glass shields from 15mm thick CNC-machined plexiglass sheets to shield the components from any debris or accidental impact.
