Circlular jig for router
thingiverse
To create a circular machining without a center hole, first print the rotating component with support for easy removal using a saw. Set infill at 40% for the rotating part and less for the fixed part. Secure the fixed part with double-sided tape on a wood base to prevent a hole. Use an M6 screw and nylon nut, along with an optional washer. Follow the router's origin guide with a 8mm bit diameter for optimal results. Happy machining!
