Cutting perfect circles out of paper or cardboard can be quite challenging if you rely solely on scissors. Fortunately, this uncomplicated design makes it a straightforward task. I utilized 5.2 mm pertinax (phenolic paper), courtesy of a donor, which is remarkably hard yet still manageable to work with when using a CNC machine and a single flute end mill. Key parameters for optimal results include shallow cuts per pass and rapid cutting speeds. Don't overlook the importance of engaging a dust collection system as the fine particles can be detrimental to one's health. The STL file provided is intended solely for visual purposes, so please refrain from printing it on an FDM printer. For more intriguing designs, visit https://www.zenziwerken.de/en/.
