Cutting precise circles from paper or cardboard with scissors can be a challenging task, but with this clever DIY solution, it becomes an effortless endeavor. I employed 5.2 mm pertinax (phenolic paper), graciously donated to me, which is remarkably hard yet still suitable for CNC work when using a single flute end mill. To achieve optimal results, I set the parameters as follows: shallow depth per cut and swift cutting speed. It's also essential to activate dust collection, as the fine particles generated can be hazardous to one's health. The provided STL file serves solely for viewing purposes; under no circumstances should it be used for printing on an FDM printer.
