Circle test part half open/extruded

This is a second circle test piece, and I've only extruded the holes halfway in. I have a part that keeps creating this type of hole with a weird melted edge, so I'm testing a piece like this on the Z axis. This piece is the same as the one with holes through it, with all specs being the same except for how far I extrude the holes.
