Circle jig for routers

If you have a router that has a 2.4 inch span between the mounting bolts, this circle jig should fit and allow you to cut the most standard size openings for woofers.The jig is set to cut 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, & 21 inch woofer openings. The selectable dimension openings are designed for a standard #8 wood screw. The 6 inch openings are all labeled. The 8 - 21 inch openings function dimensionally the same as the 6 inch.The cut dimensions are based on a ¼ diameter router bit. If you use smaller bit your overall hole size will be reduced by the difference between a ¼ inch bit and the bit you are using. If you use a larger diameter bit your hole size will increase in size the difference between the bit you are using and the ¼ inch bit.
