Circle Jig for Dewalt DWP611 Router (Laser Cut)

A custom laser cut circle cutting jig designed specifically for use with the Dewalt DWP611 compact router. This precision-made jig is tailored to utilize a 1/4" bit and can be crafted from an 8"x10" piece of material. Important note: The specified sizes on the jig refer to the size of hole it will cut, not the actual diameter of the circle being cut. To create a solid circle, simply move the pivot up two holes to account for the 1/4" bit's thickness (for example, to cut a 10" circle, use the 10 1/4" hole). I have personally tested one cut from thin acrylic and was pleased with how well the holes aligned. However, I need to recreate this using thicker material to achieve the desired results. The thinner material used previously prevents counter-sinking of the mounting screw holes, causing them to protrude from the surface. To address this issue, a drill will be required for counter sinking. Until I am satisfied with a working version, this project remains in progress.
