Circle Cutting Jig for plunge router

Circle Cutting Jig for plunge router

thingiverse

This project involves creating a circle-cutting jig for use with a plunge router, requiring holes to be made in wood. The design files can be found on GitHub, while adjustments to parameters and scad file printing may be necessary based on the specific router being used. To assemble, fix a 608 bearing in the central hole and attach two M8 threaded rods through the 8mm holes before fastening them on both sides. Insert these rods into the router's guide holes, ensuring that the distance between the central hole and router bit's center is equal to the desired hole radius. Finally, secure a screw into the central point of the piece being cut, allowing for cutting to commence with the router.
