Circle cutter
thingiverse
I purchased a button maker that required circle cutters for art pieces, but found these to be priced at $5, which seemed expensive. The process is straightforward with three parts: attach two #6 screws in the blade holder, insert two snap-off blade segments into the slot and secure with one screw; then, fix the blade holder to the arm using another screw (a washer may be needed), adjusting for the desired hole size. Finally, place the arm into the foot, completing the assembly.
