Circle Cutter - Imperial Version
thingiverse
To better meet the needs of non-metric users, I've converted key components to the imperial system. This conversion kit provides only the necessary changes. For basic parts and instructions, please refer to [Precision Circle Cutter](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3382980). I adjusted the scales to 1/2" and modified the length. This adjustment primarily affects the arm parts but also impacts the width of the blade holder and clamping bracket, which I changed to 5/8". The scale on the backside of the clamping bracket was altered to a 1/16" pitch. The screw holes were also adjusted for no. 4 screws. However, I did not modify the thumb knob as I couldn't determine the dimensions of #4 nuts, even after consulting Google. If someone could provide the necessary information, I'd be happy to update this conversion kit in the future. For reference, metric M3 nuts require a wrench size of 5.5mm, which may help you scale the design on your own. Have fun with your project!
