To begin with, I followed a cutter design from thingiverse.com/thing:5819. However, I opted for the thread library to ensure a snug fit on my Dremel 300. Although I need to refine the Scad file, I went ahead and uploaded it for others to use. In the future, I plan to recreate the center using OpenSCAD.
