So I was watching a video by John Heisz on YouTube and loved his compass design so I recreated it in Fusion 360, and to my surprise, it works flawlessly. You'll need a short M3 nut, an M3 bolt, a pin, and a pen or pencil. My circle wasn't perfect because I didn't tighten the compass quickly enough due to being in a hurry to take photos, but if you tighten it properly, it functions exactly as well as a compass can. Feel free to watch his video on this project and subscribe to him for more exciting content: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5owEwcrbe2w&t=219s Print Settings: Printer: Prusa I3 Pro B Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2-0.3 Infill: 20-30% Notes: Print with the nut and bolt holes facing up so you don't need any supports. Post-Printing Instructions: To assemble the compass, use a short M3 bolt and an M3 nut to attach them together.
