I'm updating "22.09.2017" and I've been using this ring on my cup all week - it's absolutely amazing! I also upgraded to V2, which has clips at the top for easy alignment. To be honest, I used to dread opening my cup when I left it over the weekend with coffee still in it. The seal would expand or get stuck with glue and it was a huge pain to remove the lid. That's why I created this ring. It needs to be glued in place, but just a few small drops should do the trick - it should sit flush against the bottom of the lid.
