We've outfitted the CIP station with top-grade tanks constructed from robust stainless steel alloys - AISI 316 and 304. Cold water is stored in two 2.5 liter tanks, each meticulously cleaned by an equally potent disinfection process taking place in a dedicated 2.5 liter tank designed specifically for this purpose. An additional tank for handling acid operations measures precisely at 2.5 liters, ensuring controlled processes in every single application; and, finally, an alkaline tank holding a constant volume of 2.5 liters helps to regulate the solution chemistry of each system component.
