The High Speed Steel Sheet Production Line features various parameters such as a coil weight of up to 40 tons, strip width of up to 2100mm, and strip thickness ranging from 0.10-15mm. It boasts a production speed of up to 140m/min and an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons. The line can process materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and alloys in various forms like cold rolled, hot rolled, pickled, galvanized, dried, oiled, or with any coating on sensitive surfaces. Material strengths exceeding 1200 N/mm² with a yield of up to 1000 N/mm² are also catered to. The decoiler has a coil inside diameter of 508-610mm and features automatic in-line centering, coil height sensing, and strip edge centering. The leveller is equipped with up to 23 fully automatic cassette change rolls in "four" and "six" high designs. Lastly, the Coiler/UnCoiler comes with a coil car and straightener for efficient production.
