Why not right?? I mean.. also "why".. but we're here for fun! At normal scale the roll diameter is 2.5", which is somewhere around the size of the small Pillsbury cinnamon rolls. But scale to whatever size rolls you normally make and it's off to the races! The mouth has overhangs so you'll need supports.
