Cinewhoop / SquirtV2 Ducted Propeller

The single blade model is designed to be printed with a 0.4mm nozzle, but you will need to increase the horizontal offset by 0.1mm in order to print the trailing edge, as the modeled trailing edge is only 0.2mm thick, which is the required offset for the interlocking hub to function properly. A 75mm diameter blade is ideal for use in ducted quads like the cinewhoop and was specifically designed with the duct geometry provided by Shendrones. For optimal single blade print orientation, pay attention to the sample print pictures. The suggested layer height is 0.08 or 0.12mm. At 0.08mm, it will take 7 hours to print a full set of blades. The blade is thick and its stiffness comes from geometry rather than material, so printing it in PETG is recommended to make it less brittle.
