Highly detailed photorealistic female character 3D model optimized for game development and visual effects work. Biped skeleton skinned and weighted for motion capture and animation. Symmetrical topology supports high-resolution, asymmetrical textures. Ready to be used in both gaming and VFX, this design was created with expansion and refinement of geometrical details in mind. The model ships with detailed displacement maps that can be used to sculpt skin details if needed or as render-time displacement maps. Rigged controls include full biped functionality (FK/IK), an n-spine, a head setup, and reverse foot-roll. Corrective shapes are provided for key areas such as buttocks, elbows, biceps, trapezius, shoulders, and more. A facial rig was designed with over 350 face joints and a displacement combination set. Sixty different face poses are included along with an interactive control panel created in Python 2.7 using PySide2. Compatible with Maya versions 2017 and above, the rig is described in greater detail within a provided 'Rig Breakdown' video. Geometrical hair was crafted using Maya's native XGen interactive grooming toolset. Unfortunately, the FBX file contains the fully skinned character but not the hair itself due to format restrictions. The model has been fine-tuned for Arnold 5 and is saved as a scene in ASCII within Maya 2019. It remains compatible with previous versions of Maya. Additionally, facial joints are connected to displacement maps which are automatically triggered, enabling perfect control over final displacements.
