The original model exhibited bizarre irregularities at intersection points, with triangles eerily embedded within its structure. These distortions compelled Simplify3D to exclude overlapping sections, generating hollow areas that compromised the model's stability. As a result, it catastrophically failed during the lengthy printing process, crumbling apart in a matter of hours. Upon importing the STL into Tinkercad and magnifying it by 50%, the problematic anomalies disappeared altogether. Subsequently, I successfully printed the modified model on my first attempt without any incidents or mechanical failure midway through the process.
