This is a Solidworks created feature that brings Cinderella's magical Pumpkin Carriage to life. Multiple parts come together in perfect harmony to form this enchanting day calendar, complete with rotating discs inserted into the pumpkin that display the month and day of the month. A unique index or business card holder in the shape of a little chair attaches to the pumpkin, adding an extra touch of whimsy. The back of this charming chair features the iconic Cinderella glass slipper, a delightful nod to the beloved fairy tale. The top of the pumpkin can be easily removed to allow for the insertion of the discs that tell the month and day of the month, making it a breeze to update the calendar as needed. Holding the wheels of the pumpkin are beautiful swirls, which create a stunning sunburst effect with the cut-outs in the wheels when they are attached. The wheels themselves feature a small crown, perfectly complementing the Cinderella theme. The discs and pumpkin bottom boast a hole that is just over 3/16 of an inch wide, allowing for the insertion of a dowel or skewer of 3/16 inch diameter. This clever mechanism enables the discs to rotate smoothly upon and keeps them securely in place within the pumpkin. The pumpkin itself rests comfortably in a base that cradles it, making it easy to remove if needed. This thoughtful design also includes small butterflies between the areas where the swirls are inserted on the base, adding an extra touch of elegance. To complete the pumpkin effect, the stem is inserted into the top of the pumpkin, giving it a beautifully authentic look. A model that inspired our creation The idea for the calendar discs was born from a desire to bring a touch of magic to everyday life.
