I don't smoke tobacco, but I've got buddies who do. I've made a few of these using abs. I build them thick and hefty. Right now, I'm running a custom .9mm nozzle, printing 20mms at 251c with a layer height of .75mm, a bed temperature of 100c on blue tape and hair spray.. With raft. Slow and easy. The visual layers are very nice and thick. These items are incredibly strong. Using these settings, it prints in one hour and forty-five minutes on my Powerspec 3d PRO. It looks fantastic as printed but is even better with a heavy acetone vapor finish. It gives it a handmade appearance
