This is a specific machine tool designed to obtain production and setup efficiency on a 2020 Cincinatti Proform 230+ Press Brake. The profile is similar to an OEM Cincinatti Press Brake finger, but modified significantly to allow a precise sheet metal profile to nest into the machine during bending. The above design was 3D printed and Designed on Solidworks 2020.This design was uploaded for the Stratasys Tool Design 2021 Pro Competition.
