Cilinder base sanding mold

I don't have access to a lathe, which means I'm unable to evenly sand the base of my Tomos engine's cylinder. To solve this problem, I came up with a solution that combines an M8 bolt and 150 strips of sandpaper attached to it using glue. This makeshift drill attachment enables me to effectively sand the cylinder base. The photos provided illustrate the process and show the before and after results. If you have a more suitable name for this device, feel free to suggest one.
