This is a custom-made mouthpiece designed specifically for use with 40 to 64 gauge cigars. It features a left-hand threading system on the interior that securely attaches to the cigar, providing a firm grip and allowing for worry-free smoking sessions. One of its greatest advantages is its ability to keep the cigar dry and protected from moisture, while also offering a convenient biting surface that won't damage the end of the cigar. This makes it ideal for outdoor activities such as fishing or lawn mowing, where hands are often occupied with other tasks. I've also included a 2-part mold for creating your own custom mouthpiece holder at home. I successfully tested this design using an SLA printer to cast one in babbitt metal, demonstrating its versatility and potential for DIY customization.
