This acts as a mouthpiece for cigars in the 40 to 52 Gage range. It may work for smaller or larger sizes, depending on material shrinkage. However, it does not accommodate 60 Gage cigars. The device features small internal threads designed to secure a cigar firmly in place. I have never experienced a cigar falling out, even when struggling to remove one that was seated tightly. This product is ideal for hands-free smoking, preventing the cigar tip from becoming wet and offering a more secure hold than simply using your lips. I used an LCD resin printer to create this device, and the internal threads may not be compatible with FDM printers. However, I have yet to test it on such a machine.
