Anyone who savoring a cigar will know that sometimes they are rolled way too tight, making it almost impossible to get any air through them, we call this having a really hard draw. Many of the lower-priced hand-rolled cigars are plagued by this issue. The solution is what's known as "Draw Poker", a handy tool that guides a sharp point or skewer right through the middle of the cigar, creating a channel for the air and making it possible to smoke without needing lungs made of steel. Here is my design. It has two main parts - the base guide and a smaller piece that can either be used to secure larger cigars in place or to space smaller cigars and help center the skewer properly. I utilized a simple kitchen/BBQ skewer in mine, sharpening it a little with a file, pics included show it being used. I created the hole slightly small so it can be widened if needed but still provide a snug fit. Print settings: Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.35mm layer thickness, 0.5mm nozzle diameter Infill: 20% Notes: Shell thickness 1mm Bottom/top thickness 0.8 Printed on heated build platform - no problems at all. Longest side is 21cm. If this is too long for your printer, it can easily be reduced but be careful not to risk bending or breaking your cigar if not properly supported.
