Cigar Box Ukulele Remix

This Project is a remix of two established Projects.\nThe neck on this Ukulele, crafted from a Cigar Box, cannot fit within my Replicator2 bed due to its excessive size, prompting me to redesign the geared head so it slides snugly into the neck as seen in this Soprano Ukulele: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:162309. In addition, I designed a sound hole cover. It sounds impressive! Check out the video here: http://youtu.be/qa00a_EXgc4 \n \n Guidelines Print the neck, fretboard, and saddle from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:162309 \n I downloaded these three models - print them to obtain all the required parts:\nThe first is from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:162309 You'll need these 5 items for the gear mechanism.\nThe first file at the above link will provide you with 6 necessary items for this Ukulele project. Print four of these gear post models to match those in the neck and other components:\nUsing glue and assembly hardware from your inventory, fasten the fretboard to the neck with the provided pegs Follow the procedure listed here. Insert screws through tiny holes to secure a small holder which you got at the 2 files provided above: This final step can be optionally skipped as not many need a cigar box sound hole.\nIn order for it to perform correctly, all parts have to align together nicely and be in perfect synchronization.\nFor better efficiency you may add oil like vaseline into your small mechanism with tiny holes at their end.
