A sturdy case protects your cigarillos, holding two Swisher Sweet or White Owl-sized cigars. Don't suffer broken cigars again! Files 1 and 2 are designed for cigarillos without plastic or wooden tips, while files 3 and 4 accommodate those with such tips. File 5 is a ring-slide featuring a cutout to insert a razor shard, requiring careful handling to avoid serious harm. To create the razor shard, use pliers to disassemble a cheap disposable shaving razor with two blades, wearing protective eyewear. Then, employ small vice pliers to secure each blade end and tin snips to clip it into 4mm segments. Place the segment in the slot near the cigar slicer's bottom, super glue it at an angle, let it dry, apply additional glue for extra security, and wait six hours. Using the cigar slicer: Place the ring around the cigar, pull it through with your other hand to achieve a perfectly sliced cigar, sift out large tobacco stems, and rewrap the cigar for a smoother smoking experience. Post-printing note: A dampened cigar tube can revive a dry cigar by reintroducing moisture. This technique protects the cigar while keeping it pocket-friendly, allowing you to enjoy a revived smoke session. I've redone the V1 cap and tube, hoping it will work, but lack PLA material for personal printing. An additional single-tube-and-cap design has been created, scaled down 1% for better fit.
