A strong case that guards your cigarillos which holds two swisher sweet or whiteowl sized cigarillos is available. I used a BLK Smooth in the photos with the plastic tip. Don't suffer broken cigars again with this! -Files 1 & 2 are for cigarillos with no plastic or wooden tips, -Files 3 & 4 are for ones with plastic or wooden tips. -File 5 is a ring-slide with a cutout to insert razor shard, which must be done super carefully to avoid serious harm. To do this safely, one would use pliers to take apart a cheap disposable shaving razor with like two blades, wearing eye protection. Then use two small vice pliers to hold each end of the blade securely and clip the razor into 4mm-ish segments using tin snips. Finally, place the razor segment into slot near bottom of cigar slicer and super glue it well at a slight angle and let dry. Then glue it again for good measure and let dry six hours. To use the cigar slicer: -Place the slicer ring around cigar and pull the cigar through it with your other hand for a perfectly sliced cigar. -Sift out any large stems from the tobacco blend and wrap it back up for an even smoother cigar smoke experience. Post printing, I left a cigar out in the open to dry. Then I rinsed out the cigar tube with water but didn't dry the inside very well and put the cigar into the damp tube that still had a couple drops of water inside. I then put the cap on and left it for a while. Later when I went to smoke the cigar, I noticed it had been rehydrated while it was inside. So, you might be able to use this technique to revive a very dry cigar for a nice smoke session as well as keep it protected and pocket friendly. Redid V1 cap & tube and hope it will work. But I'm out of PLA to print it myself again. Also added a single tube & cap that will hold just one. The cap for single needs to be scaled down 1% for better fit.
