Cidora SL5 GPS mount
thingiverse
This was my first challenging multirotor design, and printing experience, as it needed to securely hold a bn-220 gps unit. The mount's potential versatility could make it suitable for any quadcopter featuring 25mm between screw holes. However, I'm not entirely satisfied with the cover's sturdiness, which seems somewhat flexible. If this design proves unreliable under use, I might create an improved version. Initially, my goal was to position the gps away from the radios and other signals at the quad's opposite end. In the future, I may modify this design to also accommodate a gopro camera, and if so, I'll share a link to it in the comments section. If anyone is interested, I can post the cad file here, as mine currently includes the FAA marking number on its longest side.
