Version 2 is easier to print and use, and also features an optional home-made blood pack. This cricothyroidotomy trainer was designed with a realistic tissue-like posterior laryngeal/tracheal wall that can be easily cannulated or damaged by a scalpel. This effect is achieved through the use of removable cartridges filled with store-bought agar, which click securely into place within the neck unit. Feel free to print out and try this new trainer.
