I modified the "CICO Rescue Cricothyroidotomy Trainer - Vortex Approach" by drandybuck, found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2530474. To make it easier to print, I added a flat top to the chin and made the overhangs slope at 60 degrees so that no supports are needed. Unfortunately, my print failed halfway through due to worn-out printer parts, resulting in an unsightly glue joint.
