Ciclop Booster Seat

Ciclop Booster Seat

I spent days printing only to find that my NEMA 17 stepper motor was about 12.5 mm taller than its chamber in the BQ motor holder. The solution came to me after watching kids at restaurants, and I created a Ciclop booster chair. Four blocks joined by rails with edge-guards were all it took to trap the Ciclop onto it - one for the motor holder and another to keep the camera holder level. Connecting the two units with rails would have worked, but I opted for simplicity instead. A few drops of super glue later, these components became inseparable, providing a 20mm boost that should be sufficient for any NEMA 17 stepper motor.
