Modeling in Modo and 3ds Max is something I like to do just for kicks. The goal is to create an awesome cake candle, totally for fun. I'm using the modeling tools in Modo and 3ds Max to bring this project to life. First, I started with a simple cube in Modo, then added some details and shapes to give it a more realistic look. Next, I moved over to 3ds Max where I added some extra details like textures and lighting to really make the cake candle shine. Modeling is all about experimentation and having fun, so I'm not worried if things don't turn out perfectly. I'm just trying to create something cool, even if it's a little rough around the edges. The process of modeling in Modo and 3ds Max is what matters most to me.
