This is a holder for the Chuwi Vi8 that cradles a 10,000mah Xiaomi Powerbank and doubles as a tablet stand in portrait mode. The holder also accommodates the 20,000mah xiaomi powerbank, with a length that extends its footprint slightly. To accommodate its unique shape, I rotated the holder 45 degrees to fit it within my 100x100mm Thingomatic build area. The Chuwi Vi8 weighs about 350 grams and is equipped with an estimated normal run time of 4-6 hours. Adding a 10,000mah powerbank should increase the run time to around 15 hours, although I have not personally tested it yet. Installing a 20,000 xiaomi powerbank should provide enough juice for continuous usage throughout the week. After printing the holder, lightly sand the interior to facilitate a snug fit of the powerbank; a minute of gentle sanding should be sufficient. You'll need to print two identical holders to encase both ends of the powerbank properly. UPDATE: I've discovered that any tablet with dimensions similar to the Chuwi Vi8 - approximately 123mm in width and 10mm thick - can be used with this holder. Regrettably, the internal battery in my Chuwi Vi8 delivers only about 3 hours of uninterrupted YouTube playback, but attaching a powerbank extends the runtime by an additional 6 hours, totaling around 8-10 hours depending on display settings. If equipped with a 20,000mah xiaomi powerbank, I estimate total playback time to reach up to 15 continuous hours. INSTRUCTIONS If your 3D printer features a build area of exactly 100x100mm, simply rotate the holder by 45 degrees about the z axis while adjusting its placement slightly - approximately 10mm in both x and y directions - for a snug fit. For accurate alignment, ensure that you print two holders: one to anchor each end of your powerbank. Before securing your powerbank into place, briefly sand the interior of the holder where it interfaces with the device to guarantee a secure grip without unnecessary resistance; a short duration of gentle abrasion should suffice for the job.
