English church bell as rung in full circle ringing. This model is just under 300mm tall. The frame is only representative as these bells are commonly is sets from 3 bells to 12 bells - or even more.This should be pretty representative of most church bells in England, but they vary as widely as the imagination of those who cast and installed them.Ringing church bells is a very English pursuit not widely understood outside the British Isles and a few scattered ex-colonies.I have attached new files for the bell and headstock as the crown was too light and prone to breaking if swung vigorously. As the height of the crown changes the balance of the bell an appropriate new headstock has been included. These files are NewBel.stl and Newheadstock.stlMore new files added in March 2022. BellWheelSolid replaces the spokes and rim parts of the wheel with a single print. BellWheelCheek is for the cheeks of the wheel, two of these are requiredI recently discovered that the Sterling Applications company and their distributors in the UK have been printing my design for sale without attributing the design to me.
