A Traditional Chuck Puzzle Crafted in 3D Plastic All Pieces Fit Together Perfectly, Using Only Three Sizes of Pieces and a Few Special "Key" Pieces to Lock Them in Place To Print the Puzzle, You Will Need Multiple Copies of Different-Sized Pieces: Six Size 3, Seventeen Size 2, One Size 2 with a Key, Twenty-Eight Size 1, and Two Size 1 with Keys I Recommend Printing in Batches of Six for Easy Organization The Pieces Are Designed with Zero Tolerance, Meaning They Fit Together Snugly; If You Experience Any Trouble with Loose or Tight Fits, You May Need to Adjust Your Print Settings If You're Looking for an Additional Challenge, I Can Upload Levels Four and Five Print Settings Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer Model: Rostock MAX Rafts: None Needed Supports: Not Required Resolution: 0.1mm Infill Percentage: 100% Notes: The Puzzle Was Printed Using Slic3r Within Repetier Host, with ABS Plastic and the Following Settings: Bed Temperature: 84 Degrees Celsius Extruder Temperature: 225 Degrees Celsius Nozzle Size: 0.35mm A Special Slic3r Setting Called "XY Size Compensation" Was Used to Ensure a Perfect Fit; It Was Set to -0.15mm to Shrink the Pieces, Resulting in a Nice, Tight Fit How I Designed This Puzzle It Was Created Using Autodesk 123D Design, with a Base Measurement of Two Millimeters for All Pieces All Dimensions Are Multiples of Two Millimeters, and Each Additional Piece Is 12 Millimeters Longer Than the Last One The Keys Were Made by Removing a One-Millimeter Chunk from the Sides of Each Piece This Puzzle Can Be Made Even More Complex by Creating Longer and Longer Pieces
