Chubby the Ant weight Bot

Chubby the Ant weight Bot

Hi, This is my first real CAD/3D printing project. The main goal was to help me understand how to use AutoCAD and successfully use my 3D printer with my own designs. I wanted to design a fully functional ant weight bot that works well, even if it's over weight (204g). It fits within the dimensions for the ant-weight class and functions very well. I used components I already had on hand, like skinnier wheels, a smaller battery, and a smaller RX. This should help you drastically drop the weight down. The servo I used isn't strong enough for battle use, but it has enough power to mess around with small objects. Using a stronger servo would likely solve this problem. All parts can be printed without supports, and I used PLA. Here are the parts I used: 1 x Turnigy Nano Tech 2 Cell 7.4v LiPo Battery 1 x RadioLink 8ch Reciver 2 x N20 100RPM Motors (500RPM would work better though) 2 x Arduino Wheels 2 x Bi-directional Speed Controllers (modified) 1 x MG90s Metal Geared Servo (9G) To put the whole thing together, I used 1.7 x 7mm self tapping screws (you will need to drill the holes needed). Your questions and comments are welcome!
