This my second version of a fat grip I created for my bike. I wanted a grip similar to style I'd had before that consisted of open fins that allowed for a bit of air flow between the hand and grip and also some cushioning. The original grips had the fins running around the bar but I reoriented them to make them printable and it worked at least as good. Maybe better.These are an improvement of my original design in that I made the end caps with less solid material so they are more cushioned.I printed them in NinjaFlex with 15% infill and added build plate support just to be sure I had good adhesion since it's such a long print time.I've include 3 versions of the grip in different lengths: 105mm, 115mm and 125mm. They fit a standard diameter handle bar.
