Chrysler Building Eagle Gargoyle
cults3d
This is a model of the art deco stainless steel eagle gargoyles on the Chrysler Building in New York City. I originally modeled this in Sketchup to be made out of sheet metal, so it is a little blockier than the actual sculpture. The model in the picture is printed at 35% scale with 0.15 mm layer height. UPDATE (09-MAR-2017): The original OBJ file had some issues with disconnected faces and flipped normals (thank you Sketchup :(). The new STL file is completely manifold. UPDATE (26-NOV-2017): I added a decimated version of the object file. This file is about 1/4 the size of the original.
