Sun Visor Clip for Chrysler 300C. The original design was challenging to perfect, as it always demanded additional reinforcement and a precise orientation to remain sturdy, resulting in some faces looking quite unattractive. I transformed it into a two-part creation connected by a countersunk screw (ranging from #8 to #10), allowing it to be printed without support structures, thereby producing a significantly more visually appealing model right out of the box.
