We all know it, 3D printing is a costly hobby, but what if we told you there's a way to make it worthwhile? Print your wife some beautiful Christmas decorations, and she'll be the one doing all the work. This tiny star can hold a Christmas tree ball, allowing her to place them all over the apartment. After about four weeks, all that holiday clutter will be gone, but the effect will last longer than you think - and you can buy new filament without worrying about storage space. Warning: this plan could backfire if your wife shares it with her friends! You'll soon find yourself with a printer that's always in use. So make sure to keep it under wraps until after Christmas. To all our readers, we wish you a very Merry Christmas! Print Settings: Printer: Full Metal P3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20-30% Notes: This part is designed for a 62mm ball, with a spherically shaped groove. To scale it to any size you need, simply divide the diameter of your ball by 62mm and use that as your scaling factor. We printed this using 20% infill, 20g of filament, and 80 minutes of print time.
