Christmas tree with balls and star (fits on small printers)
thingiverse
This is a fun and tiny DIY Christmas tree with balls and a star that's made specifically for small printers like the 3Dtje mini printer. To print it to its full height of about 4.7 inches or 12 cm, simply place the two halves diagonally on the print bed. Since the bed is only 10cm by 10cm, you'll be able to save some space and get a good size for your tree without wasting too much filament. Print out the balls several times in different colors, it looks cool! For the slightly thicker star, consider using gold or silver because they look super nice. Now that we've got our settings, go ahead and print those trees and don't forget to send us some pictures! Print Settings Printer: 3Dtje Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.4mm nozzle, .300 mm layer height Infill: solid Notes: Printed using PLA at 195-205 degrees Celsius (without heated bed). Post-Printing Make sure your first layer is thick enough to fit the balls securely inside. You can do this by setting a specific thickness in your printer settings. If the tree's edges don't align perfectly, just take a small knife and carefully flatten out the side of the connecting slit.
