Christmas Tree Tightening Bit
thingiverse
OK, Setting up the Christmas Tree can be a real hassle sometimes. This little gizmo is essentially a Christmas tree stand drill attachment. You just attach it to a drill as you would any bit or driver attachment, then position it on the angled rod that tightens the tree into place. It works remarkably well to tighten the tree and get it just right where you want it. I managed it all by myself and had my wife check to make sure everything was level.\ Fortunately for me, I only put up one Christmas Tree each year. My stand features 5mm threaded rods. For those who are luckier or richer than me and put up multiple trees or have a gigantic tree in their living room, ballroom, or outdoor pavilion, feel free to modify this to fit whatever your setup looks like. One tree is all I need.
