This technique involves modifying the gcode program by opening it in a text editor and adding the command M600 below the layer change with "Layer: nº layer". To successfully print hollow parts, a dense support must be defined to hold the layers together. The modified gcode files are also attached for direct printing. Printing in single filament color is also an option.
